Chop Up a red onion into thin slices

Add butter and fry the onions on a low heat until they are nicely fried (about 10 mins) and the butter has disappeared!

Crumble up stock cube and sprinkle this over the onions and continue to mix this in until the onions go a slight brownie colour

After a couple of minutes add a sprinkling of brown sugar and continue to mix

When the onions are starting to stick together sprinkle plain flour so there is enough to cover all of the onions and mix round until it becomes gooey

Now add the hot water and on a high heat continue to stir until it starts to thicken up.

Once if has thickened up crush some blueberries and add them continuing to stir for a couple of minutes
